While most of the eyes are so far on the 60s inspired pastel palette (ours too, don’t get us wrong), there’s a hidden hint in the runway collections. Astonishing and smartly distributed rays of neon lights are here to illuminate the darkest of nights without compromising our style. Because this may be the era of plain normal clothing, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make a bolder move. Here’s how designers did it.

Gray and black sporty pieces were highlighted with bright neon hues at Alexander Wang in a combination that looked edgy while respecting some balance. Vionnet taught us that neon green stripes go well with blue. And Altuzarra meanwhile suggested a more dressed up way of integrating neons in dailywear, mixing up neutrals and seriously addictive fruity hues.
